It seems clear to me that as we continue to automate the more mundane jobs the online jobs are going to thrive. Those that create the digital experience will have the potential to earn the big bucks. It’s a trend that I can see taking some time. Having recently got back from Spain I was shocked to see the relative ‘poverty’ that those from small towns in Andalucia live in. I haven’t travelled vastly, but extrapolating from that, it’ll take a while to become worldwide.
It’s an interesting conundrum. What will the laborforce of 10/20/30 years time look like?
