- DGMT were a publicly listed company since 1932. However, Lord Rothermere, who was the largest shareholder with a 36% stake, has succeeded in a bid to take DGMT private at 270p per share, or £871m total. From January 10 2022 the company is expected to be delisted from the London Stock Exchange (source).
